FAQ
Questions worth answering
Do credits expire?
No. Once purchased, credits stay on your account indefinitely.
Is there a free trial?
No — there are no free signup credits or trial credits. You purchase credits after registering.
What happens if I accidentally submit the same batch twice?
You won't be charged twice or have it submitted twice. The dashboard automatically protects against accidental double-clicks, and if you're using the API, an Idempotency-Key header does the same job — a repeated request just returns your original batch.
What if a URL fails to index?
Per-URL results are visible on the batch detail page and via the API. A confirmed, definitive rejection from the upstream provider releases the reserved credit back to your balance automatically. A lack of indexing success on Google's side is not, by itself, an automatic refund — indexing outcomes are ultimately decided by the search engine, not by us.
Can I cancel a batch after submitting it?
Not currently. Batches are dispatched immediately on acceptance, so there is no queued state to cancel out of.
Are duplicate URLs within a batch billed once or separately?
Separately. Each entry in a batch — including repeats of the same URL — is tracked and billed as its own row.
Is there a subscription?
No. It's credit-based: buy a package, spend credits as you submit. No recurring charge.
How long are results kept?
Per-URL detail is retained for 30 days after a batch reaches a final status, then purged. The batch summary itself (what was submitted, when, by whom) is kept indefinitely for your records.
Is there an API?
Yes — a REST API authenticated with a single regenerable bearer key, covering submission, status, results, and balance. See the API docs in your account once logged in.
How do I pay?
There's no automated checkout — register, then reach out via the contact page to arrange payment. An admin verifies it and credits your account directly, with a PDF invoice issued automatically.
Does a new account need approval?
Yes — new registrations are reviewed before activation. This is usually quick; you'll see a waiting page until an admin approves your account.
How many URLs can one batch contain?
Up to 1,000 by default (an admin can configure a different default, or a higher/lower limit for your account specifically).
